This Privacy Policy describes how INTIQ LLC, (also referred to below as “we”, “us”, and “our”) may collect, use, disclose, and dispose of information that identifies or can identify you as a natural person, including, but not limited to your name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address (“Personal Information”). This Privacy Policy does not govern the collection, use, disclosure, or disposal of personal data of INTI.Q employees or contractors; nor does it govern any personal data provided to INTI.Q by a client for the performance of our services.

INTI.Q strongly encourages reviewing this Privacy Policy when using the INTI.Q website (www.intiq.biz) (the “Website”) or any other online site sponsored or promoted by us (collectively, our “Sites”).

When and How We Collect Personal Information

We may collect Personal Information when you or someone on your behalf:

  • Accesses the Website or any of our Sites;
  • Fills-in and submits web forms via the Website or any one of our Sites;
  • Requests access to or utilizes our systems for the delivery of services;
  • Communicates with us via email, physical mail, courier, or any social media platform;
  • Submits a resume, cover letter, or other employment-related documentation;
  • Signs up for any INTI.Q live or virtual event through a Site; or
  • Interacts with us directly over the phone, in person, or at any live or virtual event.

We also may receive Personal Information through third-party sources we contract with to assist us with sales or marketing campaigns.

How We Use Personal Information

We may use Personal Information to:

  • Facilitate and manage your registration, reminders, and attendance at live or virtual events;
  • Respond to your request to access or download content from a Site;
  • Track Site visitors through the use of cookies and other web technology (see “About Cookies” below);

We believe that privacy is a fundamental human right.  As such, INTI.Q does not sell Personal Information.

  • To publish a testimonial that you have voluntarily provided and authorized us to share in writing.

How to Opt-Out of Communications

If you would like to opt-out of receiving promotional sales, marketing, or other materials from INTI.Q, you may: (i) use the “Unsubscribe” button on the bottom of an email sent to you from INTI.Q; or (ii) send an email to info@intiq.biz with the subject line “REMOVE”.  Please allow for up to ten business day for INTI.Q to process your request.  Your decision to opt-out of promotional materials will not impact materials already queued for distribution prior to our processing your request or our corresponding with you regarding our existing relationship, including the delivery of services, accounting, or account management.  California residents, please see the section below: “For California Residents”.

Our Use of Cookies

We may use cookies, tags, or beacons to keep track of how users interact with our Sites and our services across platforms and to improve and enhance our Sites, including measuring user interaction and user flow.  You may reject cookies from our Website and still use any portion of our Website.  We also may use advertising providers across various platforms to promote our services and track the results through the use of cookies or similar technologies.

How Long We Retain Personal Information

We retain Personal Information for the duration of our business relationship, or until: (i) you choose to opt-out; (ii) you otherwise request we delete your Personal Information; (iii) the end of the period we are required to retain that information to comply with tax or other applicable laws or regulations; or (iv) we determine, in our sole discretion, that we have reached the end of our business relationship.

About Information Security

Information security is important to INTI.Q.  We have established appropriate administrative, electronic, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect under this Privacy Policy and in the course of our business.  These safeguards are regularly reviewed to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, and improper use of your Personal Information, and to maintain the accuracy and integrity of that data.

Without limiting the foregoing, or any other terms in this Privacy Policy, you understand that we cannot guarantee that your Personal Information will always be private or secure. In the event of a data breach, we adhere to data breach notification requirements and incident reporting obligations to supervising authorities and/or data subjects, as required by applicable laws. The substance and time frames applicable to these remedies are set forth in applicable laws.  Except to the extent provided by law, you agree that INTI.Q is not responsible or liable to you for any loss of privacy or security you may experience. You are fully responsible for taking appropriate precautions and security measures best suited for your situation and the intended use of our Website, Sites, and our services.

INTI.Q is committed to conforming to the California Privacy Policy for California residents addressing your specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

INTI.Q makes every reasonable effort to prevent unauthorized access to personal information and any loss, misuse, disclosure or modification of personal information. The security of users’ personal information is important to INTI.Q. While we strives to use commercially acceptable means to protect personal information, INTI.Q cannot guarantee its security.

For Visitors Outside the United States

If you access our Sites from outside the United States, please be aware that your Personal Information is being transferred to and processed in the United States.  Please be advised that the data protection and consumer protection laws and regulations in the United States may be materially different from the laws in your country, and that you may have lower levels of protection or rights in your personal data in the United States than what is provided in your country.  By using our Website and Sites, you understand and accept that your Personal Information will be collected and processed by INTI.Q in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United States, and you acknowledge and agree that your Personal Information may be subject to access by United States law enforcement, regulators, and other government agencies, including courts and other tribunals, in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable to INTI.Q and the terms of the this Privacy Policy.

For European Data Subjects

While INTI.Q is a U.S. company, we respect the human rights of data subjects in the EU, EEA, EFTA, and beyond. To the extent that you, as a European data subject, choose to use our Website or Sites or voluntarily provide us with your Personal Data, as that term is defined under Article 4 of the GDPR, you may send us an appropriate request as set forth in Articles 15-22 and we will endeavor to fulfill that request in good faith.  European data subject requests should be sent to info@intiq.biz along with any required documentation.  Without accepting or acknowledging any obligation whatsoever, we will review and assess such requests as set forth under Articles 12-14.

For Data Subjects Outside Europe (EU, EEA, EFTA) and the United States

INTI.Q respects the human rights of data subjects around the world. As such, if you wish to assert data protection rights that you may have in your own jurisdiction relating to any Personal Information collected by us, you may make a request to INTI.Q to exercise those rights.  Please send any such requests to info@intiq.biz and include the appropriate documentation and citation to the applicable law (including English translation if original is only provided in non-English language). Without accepting or acknowledging any obligation whatsoever, will review and assess such requests as set forth under the applicable laws.

About Minors

INTI.Q does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13.  Our Sites are not intended for children under the age of 13.  If you are under the age of 13, please do not use our Website or any other INTI.Q Site.  If a child has accessed our Website or other Site and provided Personal Information without parental or guardian consent, the parent or guardian of that child may contact us by emailing info@intiq.biz with the subject line: “CHILD PRIVACY”.  We will promptly take reasonable steps to remove and destroy any Personal Information of that minor from our systems.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business and privacy practices.  Updates to this Privacy Policy will be reflected with the Effective Date stated at the top of this document / page.  If you object to the Privacy Policy or any modification thereto, you may cease your interaction with INTI.Q and notify us of your determination to Opt-Out as provided above.

Remote Audit Policy

MSECB offers remote audit techniques to supplement the traditional on-site audit activities when appropriate. This policy establishes the minimum requirements to allow use of remote audit techniques.

This policy provides guidance on how MSECB plans, manages, and facilitates remote audits, and is consistent with IAF MD 4:2018, IAF ID 3:2011 and IAF ID 12:2015.

This policy document is applicable to remote audits conducted by MSECB to complement traditional oversight techniques.

Remote audit can be used at MSECB discretion, but the accreditation body must approve the process and receive proper justification. MSECB and the client are aware of the risks and opportunities of the information and communication technologies used and the impacts that they may have on the validity and objectivity of the information gathered.
